The Fondazione Salesiani Lombardia per la Formazione ed il Lavoro (Salesian Foundation Lombardy for Training and Work) has organised an event that focuses on the talent of young students by giving them the opportunity to participate in the 2024 edition of the CNOS-FAP Masterpiece Exhibition. The initiative has three main objectives: to stimulate students to measure themselves on a test defined in collaboration with companies, to promote the continuous improvement of the sector and of the individual Professional Training Centre of the CNOS-FAP Federation, and to deepen and consolidate the relationship of young people with the world of work.

From 6 to 10 May, 35 young people from institutes all over Italy challenged each other in the fields of technology in the fields of automation, electrical domotics and energy. A unique opportunity for young people to become aware of their own value and talent.

Ekinex supported this initiative by supplying some wall-mounted products, such as push-buttons and thermostats from the FF Series, to enable the participants in the home automation section to complete some exercise boards, which were part of the competition.

The aim of the collaboration is to rethink and imagine the Ekinex showroom space through a dual and integrated (physical+digital) analysis of touchpoints and activation/involvement areas to seamlessly integrate the various products and offer the visitor an experiential and interactive showcase.

Based on analytical observation and comparison of visited showroom formats, students are asked to propose Interior/Service Design solutions capable of enriching the "immersive" and narrative quality of showrooms and transforming them into "live&play" areas.

The idea is that the scenarios, activities and customised services that Ekinex proposes can inspire new consumers to interpret automation in a personal way to express their creativity in the smart home.

The role of the showroom is to direct this energy to shape and evoke the experience that the Ekinex customer expects to have every day.

Ekinex participates in the Career Days organised by the Istituto Tecnico Industriale Omar in Novara in collaboration with the We4Job agency to promote companies in the Vaprio Unit with the aim of attracting young technicians after graduation. The aim, in fact, is to create a bridge between final-year students and the world of professions.

Ekinex offers curricular and extra-curricular internship opportunities to students and recent graduates. Short internship experiences, carried out in a time frame ranging from 3 to 12 months, offer the chance to understand where one's passion lies.

Knowing how to recognise one's interests and cultivate them is a prerequisite for building a satisfying professional future. In most cases, a talent can only emerge if it has deep roots in what it loves.
During this individual learning path, one has the opportunity to enhance one's qualities, both professional and personal, supported by a mentor, with whom one can work to develop concrete projects.

For these reasons, Ekinex encourages applications from students or young people who, having reached the end of their studies, have ambition and a desire to get involved.
