Warranty and sales conditions

Ekinex® products are guaranteed for a period of two years, according to the standards that discipline the sale of consumer goods in the European Union. The warranty period starts as soon as the goods are delivered. Should a product be defective you must inform EKINEX S.p.A. within one month of discovering it.
