Application context

This prestigious Cheshire residence has been developed to the very highest standards, with technology seamlessly and invisibly integrated into the architecture of the home. The project is based on the Atelier Luuxx philosophy, which places control, performance, and simplicity at its core, with a strong focus on design and aesthetics.

Client requirements

The client required a home capable of delivering maximum living comfort through intelligent solutions, with environments always optimized in terms of lighting, climate, and ambience. It was essential to have an intuitive, centralized control system able to manage lighting, shading, and multiroom audio, while ensuring energy efficiency and an elegant, user-friendly experience.

Ekinex solutions

The project requirements were met through a KNX infrastructure with Ekinex devices, enabling automated and balanced control of lighting and climate. The system also allows precise management of solar shading, configured to create ideal scenarios in every room via wall-mounted controls from the 20Venti series and Signum touchscreen virtual buttons, which provide intuitive and refined control of the entire home audio system, ensuring an immersive sound experience in every space.
