A smart system for hotel rooms based on Knx ekinex equipment allows you to configure the operation of all engineering systems in the hotel room in accordance with your guests' wishes.
Climate-control
The system supports comfortable climate conditions in the room (by controlling radiators, fan coil and extractor fan) and an optimal temperature of warm floor in the bathroom.
Light and Blinds Control
You guests will be able to control single lighting devices as well as lighting groups or all lighting in the room at once. In addition they'll manage to open/close blinds remotely.
Scenario Management
Scenes and week timers allow you to automatically control lighting and climate systems as well as motorized blinds in accordance with a time of the day or other parameter.
Comfort and Ergonomics
Your guests will control the system by easy-to-use pushbuttons and a compact display Touch&See with an intuitively clear interface.
Energy Saving Mode
When your guests are away from the room the system activates an energy saving mode (blinds are closed, lighting is off, intensity of radiator's work is decreased, fan coil is off). To implement this function a card switch is integrated into the automation system.
Building Management System
lnformation about current condition of the system in all rooms (climate parameters, absence/presence of guests in the room e.t.c.) is displayed on the administrator's panel.
[1] Touch&See control and display unit
with LC touch display 3,S". The device allows you to control all elements of the automation system in the room: cli mate, lighting, motorised blinds. lt reflects information on the weather conditions (from the central weather station of the hotel), current date and time.
[2] Card switch
lt automatically changes an operation mode of the automation system (active/energy saving) depending on the presence/absence of guests in the room. lt also informs the administrator if the room is empty and is ready for cleaning.
[3-4] 4-fold pushbuttons, series 71
in 'NF (no-frame) version. Pushbuttons are used for controlling all lighting groups and motorised blinds. LED-backlight of the rockers allows you to use the pushbuttons as an orientation lighting at night.
[5] 2-fold pushbutton, series 71
in 'NF version. Device is to be mounted in the bathroom. lt can be used for controlling lighting and maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room . The pushbutton is provided with a freely programmable backlight of its rockers.
