A smart office in Moscow

Application Context

Everyone knows that an office also acts as a representative to customers, suppliers and visiting partners. The first impression is very important and the workplace helps to determine the image of an entrepreneur and his company. Properly organized offices also have a positive influence on the working efficiency of employees and customer loyalty.

Client's Requirements

In a new smart office project in Moscow, carried out by the company Art-In, every detail has been adequately designed to ensure comfort, technology, safety and design to the client company. In a modern office of 450 sqm, a complex automation system has been integrated: it successfully controls the lighting, shutters, multimedia, climate and security systems.

Ekinex Solutions

Ekinex FF/'NF series pushbuttons and thermostats have been chosen for their elegant design and are used to control smart office functions. The office lighting is automatically controlled. Special sensors send commands to the blinds to protect employees from intense sunlight at midday. When evening comes, the blinds open and the artificial lighting becomes more intense. Thanks to the modern air-conditioning system, the office owner is always sure that his employees feel comfortable in the workplace. Finally, the access control system in the office, based on biometric parameters, ensures the highest level of security and presence detection: the workers' fingerprints taken by special sensors and a photo of the incoming person are immediately reflected on the manager's computer.
