Application context

Cantina Bottenago, located in Polpenazze del Garda, province of Brescia, is a winery that combines innovation and tradition and includes areas for the production of fine wines with an attached restaurant. Cantina Bottenago embodies the passion for wine growing and the pleasure of rediscovering tradition to offer a tale of the territory.

Client's requirements

The customer required a complete automation system that included lighting control, production, temperature control, thermal control units and energy monitoring, in order to optimise the environment in both the production areas and the restaurant. The goal was to ensure a superior experience for guests and staff through optimal comfort, energy efficiency and safety.

Ekinex solutions

Ekinex solutions were chosen to complete the automation of the project:

• DALI system for lighting management
• Thermoregulation management system
• Thermal plant supervisor for the management of mixed and decoupled radiant and VRF technology systems.
  In particular, the 5 mixing groups of the radiant system were managed with Ekinex EK-HH1-TP devices, allowing optimal regulation of the flow temperatures according to the climatic curve and the presence inside the various rooms of the building, detected by sensors.
