EVL Apartment Turin

Application Context

EVL Apartment fits into the green context of the Turin hillside. More specifically, the project involved the complete renovation and amalgamation of two residential units on different levels. The objective was to transform a planimetric layout typical of the 1970s into a contemporary residence with large, fluid spaces. All the rooms were designed and studied in detail, as were the furnishings, which were made to measure, with great care in the choice and combination of materials and finishes.

Client's Demands

The client's desire to live in a contemporary environment, both in the distribution of spaces and in their functionality, resulted in the choice of a product that combines high technical and aesthetic qualities. The building is therefore equipped with home automation systems for the remote programming and control of lighting systems (creation of scenarios) and control of internal thermal parameters.
