Simplified configuration and maintenance
Thanks to its web user interface the system can be programmed online and offline (without a Delégo server connected), and thanks to the import tool of the project ETS files it is possible to quickly integrate all the group addresses used. The system also supports the gradual upgrade through subsequent system imports. The graphics of the widgets adapt automatically according to the KNX communication objects connected in the project.
The remote connection of the Delégo server can be made either via port forwarding or via native cloud connection. Maintenance and support can thus be carried out quickly and with low running costs.
Delégo app for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets):
- Supported operating systems iOS and Android
- Secure access to the Delégo server via direct connection (by opening the ports on the home router) or via the Ekinex cloud
- Multiple system management: the app can access multiple installations, each configured with its own Delégo server
- Multi-user management: access to information with differentiated profiles for different types of users
- Navigation by groups of spaces (areas, building floors) and rooms or by type of functions within the building
- Display for graphic maps on tablet
Safety, local and remote management
The Delégo app and the server installed in the building's network share information for the monitoring and control of the automation system via the public Internet. Communication between the clients accessing the Delégo and the server takes place securely via an encrypted connection in accordance to the latest security standards.
Insight for system integrators
- Communication between the clients and the server takes place on HTTPS technology protected with TLS/SSL certificates.
- User authentication is ensured by a password that must be kept secret and set as securely as possible, avoiding any predefined or easily replicable passwords.
- Cloud-to-cloud communication between Ekinex and Amazon and Google voice support services takes place securely according to standards set by the respective services; the Delégo server does not communicate directly with the voice assistants installed in the site. For security reasons, commands from security devices via voice, such as opening doors, gates and similar devices, should be avoided.
