The Board of Directors of EKINEX S.p.A. informs that it has sold a minority share to CALEFFI S.p.A., a leading company in the HVAC & Plumbing sector. With this operation, Caleffi enters the world of Home&Building Automation, which is increasingly integrated with the hydro-thermo-sanitary sector, of which it has been a leader for almost sixty years.
