Modern residence in the centre of Warsaw

Application Context

The project realised in the city centre of Warsaw is a private residence that is a true architectural excellence. The building is arranged on four levels with an area of 300 m² that present a modern aesthetic and structural style, made even more innovative by the choice of automation solutions. The elements interior furnishings give the residence a refined and special taste in which acute attention to detail is one of the features that stands out the most.

Client's Demand

The fundamental need of the building owner was to make the project an efficient and intuitive structure, capable of responding to the requirements of convenience and simplicity. The decision to automate the building was guided by a specific request from the client: that of minimising the number of control buttons, in order to make daily activities as easy as possible. The automation solutions were selected to create a stylistic compromise with the interior.

Ekinex Solutions

To fulfil the aesthetic and functional requirements of the building, FF Series wall-mounted controls were chosen. The attention to detail is visible in the system adopted for the selection of products: each control was individually selected to be aesthetically consistent with each wall on which it was installed.
Through Ekinex solutions it is possible to control:

• Air conditioning system
• Ventilation system
• Security and monitoring systems
• Multi-room audio system
• Supervision system
• Blackout external blinds based on a weather station with sunlight measurement
• Electric curtains
• Underfloor heating
• Electric mats

In addition, Delégo Panels installed on each floor of the building are integrated with a Came intercom.

There is also a charging station for electric cars within the residential complex.
