Villa Triàngulo

Villa Triángulo is a wonderful residence located in the urban area of Vista Alegre near Es Cubells built on the design of the architectural studio MG&AG from Ibiza and the interior design agency Moonk and Figus. The house lives up to its name with the use of geometry to create spaces and visual elements that give each room a unique identity in a context of forward-looking architecture and avant-garde design. The triangular geometry recurs in every space of the villa: the infinity of the pool becomes a triangle of fresh water, the superb walls rise, joining their vertices around terraces, living rooms and bedrooms in a continuous Pythagorean diagolo. The house has 7 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, large and bright living areas, professional kitchen, underground parking for several cars and exceptional views of the sea.

The system, completely based on the open KNX standard, carries out the control and management of the following functions in the house:

• Ligthing control and dimming with the help of 4-fold binary output FA1 (EK-FA1-TP), 2-fold universal dimmer (EK-GA1-TP) and dimmer LED RGBW (EK-GC1-TP) 
• Cooling control thanks to the actuator/controller 8-fold for electrothermal valve drives (EK-HE1-TP) and the fancoil controller 3 speed and 0-10V (EK-HC1-TP)
• Load monitoring and control with the help with the interface CF2 for load monitoring and control (EK-CF2-TP)
• Scenarios and voice control with home speaker interface with voice assistant (EK-BV1-TP)

The ekinex wall devices - elegant FF/'NF pushbuttons and Touch&See FF Form (EK-EF2-TP) panels - were chosen in white malé finishes.
